We believe that children have the right
- to be free from their parents' conflicts
- to a nurturing relationship with both parents
- to remain children, free from inappropriate responsibility or decision-making.
Where parents are able to put aside their differences and focus on their children's best interests, we work with them to design cooperative parenting plans that meet the needs of their families, rather than "cookie cutter" plans that may be imposed by a court.
Where parents are unable to work together for whatever reason, we serve as the children's advocate in the court system, also known as a Guardian ad litem.
